I had my Acura serviced here on Sunday. We had taken my boyfriend’s truck in previously and had amazing service so we returned as customers and will never go to a different place. They found some additional issues but stayed on course for the time and didn’t make me feel bad about fixing what I didn’t come in for! Not only were they friendly, efficient, offered a military discount and an uber ride within minutes to and from my home but their price can’t be beat. Cody goes above and beyond to explain things and be more than understanding . Thank you busy bee 🐝

I had a great experience at Busy Bee Automotive! I needed to get a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle and they were able to get me in right away, the same day. It took exactly the amount of time they promised, and everyone I worked with was so courteous and professional. The office is really welcoming—the walls are covered with lovely drawings from local kids and you can tell that they're committed to the community they serve. I'm new to the area so I didn't have a trusted mechanic and I just chose the mechanic closest to the dealer I was purchasing from. The mechanic who inspected my car came out after and spoke to me directly about the car. He was so thorough in his explanation and answered all my questions. I felt confident in my purchase decision after knowing my car had been properly checked. The PPI report that Busy Bee provided was super comprehensive. Not only did I get a 5-page printout that fully explained every issue they found on the car, as well as color photos, but they also sent me a report via email that even included videos in addition to the photos. The price was reasonable, in fact it was even lower than what my online research said a PPI should cost.

I’ve worked with Busy Bee twice now and the service has been great! Quick service, upfront with pricing, and are willing to work within your budget!! The staff is really friendly and incredibly efficient! They offer a 2 year warranty with services provided and will offer roadside assistance!! Definitely recommend!! 10/10 they have been more than understanding and helpful! Will definitely continue to work with them!

The team were considerate, explained issues clearly, and did a great job. It's never exactly a fun experience to go through major repairs and maintenance issues with a car, but they made it as painless as possible. I really like their communication system. Getting the full quote with pictures and explanations for each issue was really helpful, and they never pressured me into any of the optional maintenance items. The prices they set were at or better than those I'd been offered by other shops for the same work. Definitely making them my primary shop going forward.

Really impressive shop! I needed an independent inspection for a used car I was considering buying, and I was negotiating everything from out of town. Busy Bee got the car in quickly, worked really well with the dealership (which was very helpful for me), and then gave the car a thorough inspection. Their report was the most helpful I’ve ever seen from an auto repair shop, complete with lots of pictures. The price for all this was very reasonable. My only regret is that I live nowhere near Busy Bee, so this will probably be the only time I will use their services.
